broadcom_sta WiFi driver is considered insecure. We weren't using WiFi
anyway, so remove it. It may be possible to use Broadcom open source
drivers for our BCM4360, but these may only support newer hardware.
Also use allowUnfreePredicate to explicitly whitelist packages.

Set boot.loader.grub.configurationLimit to avoid running out of space on /boot

Despite moving the original log files, reading historic logs does not
appear to work.

Simpler to enable compression on an entire filesystem; we use it for
magnetic storage.

The intention is to separate user-managed data, like backups and file
shares. Still need to move syncthing over. An implication is /srv will
probably not participate in restic backups but be replicated in some
other way.
